Rules of Keep On strokin ,Please Read Before Joining !

01) NAMES - Yahoo Name and League Name must be identical. No ghost IDs are permitted. Provie IDs are only allowed by new members. If an existing member changes his/her name, they must have 20 games played on that name before playing league or tourney games.

02) LEAGUE ACCOUNTS - One account ONLY allowed in this league, duplicate names WILL be removed from the league, with the possibility of you being banned...If another member of your family wishes to join KOS league please inform an Admin first.

03) NO CHEATING - No Auto Aimers Allowed at any time.....Inviting during shots / using booters or ANYTHING considered as cheating is NOT permitted in KOS..... At NO time may anyone accuse someone of using an auto aimer programme, if you suspect someone please inform an Admin either at private table or messenger.

04) RE-RACKING RULES - If a player has potted 4 or more of their balls in a tourney match and then makes a mistake ( pots 8 early etc ) which results in the loss of game, they should not EXPECT or ACCEPT a Re-Rack (Before 4 balls a Re-Rack may be offered) NOTE: if a player is booted and this results in the match being awarded to the opponent (Yahoo Glitch) then a Re-Rack is warranted..... No Force Forfeits allowed, if opponent is missing or timer has elapsed, you must invite a member of staff to cancel the game.

05) SWEARING - We do allow some (Not Excessive) cussing in the lobby / tables. as long as its not vicious and aimed personally at anyone.....use common sense on this rule !

06) CAPS - Caps are ONLY to be used by TDs addying their tourneys or league information... Anyone (including staff) that is just engaged in a regular conversation (not league related) in the lobby, please be respectfull to all in the room and remove Caps.

07) SPAMMING - Spamming KeepOnStrokin, league information in other rooms is strictly prohibited, and anyone found doing so will be punished accordingly..... Spamming in our room is only used to addy our League and Tourney information.

08) LEAGUE GAMES - You may play a maximum of 10 league games a day per opponent. You have 10 minutes to report a league game loss. If your opponent does not report their loss, you need to file an unreported match (complaints take up to 24hrs to fix).

09) SAFETIES (snookers) - These are a legal pool move and are allowed here, BUT excessive use is frowned upon, so please keep to a minimum.

10) BREAKING - The cue ball must be moved from the centre line (at least a cues length away) on break. Safety breaks are NOT allowed.... 8 ball potted on your break or opponents first shot is an auto re-rack..... If you make 2 balls (solid and stripe) on your break you may continue but shoot from where cue ball sits DO NOT use Ball in Hand..... If you pot 2 balls (solid and stripe) and then you scratch, you must tap the cue ball as to give your opponent ball in hand.

11) REPORTING - HQ (head quarters) tables are used in this league. First round pairings will be posted in lobby, all other rounds are posted at TDs HQ... So if you get a bye (free win) in Rd 1, go to HQ table and await your Rd 2 pairings..... Finals of all tourneys are played at TDs HQ. No Exceptions.

12) TIMERS - If a player is missing/booted you must notify the TD, a timer will be started by the TD, the missing player has 7 mins/10 mins for finals (3 mins for Bootems) to commence their game, after timer has elapsed they will be disqualified and you advance. If playing a league game you may ask an Admin or HTD for a 7 minute timer. DO NOT force forfeit else you will report a loss.

13) WIN REPORT - If a player does not report their game win within a few minutes of finishing their match to the allotted TDs HQ, that player will be informed in the lobby to report their win and that a 5 minutes timer has been placed on them. After timer has elapsed that player will be disqualified and the win is given to their opponent (loser of their match).

14) DISPUTES - Please remember we have a lot of members in our league, so if a dispute arises with any league member at your table during a tourney, please invite the TD to settle the dispute. As with any other problems with members, please invite that person and an Admin or HTD to a table to resolve the issue. All disputes must be kept OUT of the lobby. 15) GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP - Saying good luck (gl) before and good game (gg) after each match is part of the game, and we expect all our members to abide by this.... DO NOT say gg before the 8 ball has been potted and game is over....Be respectful to your opponents at all times

16) DISCRIMINATION - Discrimination on the basis of age/sex/race/disability or sexual preference is NOT permitted. This is not just wrong, it is against the law. Anyone caught doing so will be permanently removed from this league immediately.

17) LEAGUE RACES - These are allowed but ONLY to 5 games each member, ONLY 3 races per day with different people ( Max 15 games daily ) You must have at least 20 league games played and be a regular participant in tourneys to be eligible to participate in races....Any abuse of races or reports by any member will be penalized accordingly

18) DO NOT participate in regular pool games (non league) whilst playing in a tournament.... Tournaments held up due to this is not only bad manners it is frustrating for all concerned.

19) The Tournament Director (TD) has the final say, so in all matters the Admins will stand behind the TDs decision.
